It is a good place to work. However, the pay isn't what it should be and not giving bonuses right now, therefore in my honest opposition it is not a good time to enter. For the amount of mental work you do every day, they should reward you better. The Insurance is far from good. Deductible of 4500, so don't get the job for this insursnce. Haven't seen many uphires yet, but I'll check back in, in time and hopefully provide additional material. All together the people here are great people, just have the same issues with amount of mental work you do, compared to other jobs this should be much more pay.

These people are awesome... They go out of their way completely to make you feel comfortable, to make sure you understand everything that's discussed and that everyone is given many and all options for a successful meeting. It was quite apparent that they make sure their employees have the same training for optimum customer care.

The pay is absolutely terrible for the mental stress you are put through on a daily! Most supervisors I've met are great as well as majority of the CSRs. Management seems to have a complex and want to act like high schoolers. Company is more willing to pay bonuses to employees who quit every six months and come back to get the bonuses again instead of caring about the employees who are committed and stay day after day.

Well for a call center position, I'd say it's not so bad. However, that only allow you 60 unapproved time off which is ridiculous. Maximus had both Medicare and market place agents ready to assist in taking your inbound calls. The down side is a lot of these agents don't have the proper training to extensively handle in depth calls with difficult and upset or uninformed callers. Pay is not very good for the position demands. They do offer pretty good employment health insurance which is factored in the proposed pay rate. (They don't explain that upfront until your in the doors and you have to pass a typing test 25wpm)

It's amazing there. Every place of employment has its negatives/positives. It's a blessing to have them in the panhandle after the hurricane. If your unhappy working there, it's not the company; yes its or it can be a little extreme with some things it incorporates yet you/your own person is the 1 who makes it or breaks it there. I'm thankful to be there.
